A leader must be one who is able to lead and make others follow. He/she must be calm and collected when it comes to intense situation and he/she must be able to analyse the situation, come up with a plan and then get the team to execute the plan. A leader must also be one who is able to accept defeat as defeat would lead them to victory the second time.
How a Leader Manages Crisis:
A leader would manage crisis by being calm and collected and would analyse the problem for a workable solution and then tell the team of the situation and how they can solve the problem. They would also manage the crisis by avoiding it totally and not get involved with anything related to it
